How to Use E-Check- New Payment Processing!

We’ve got a new merchant processor and with that comes a new form of payment processing! As a kratom and CBD vendor, it’s not uncommon for us to have a change up in the way we process orders. Unfortunately, businesses like ours are seen as ‘high-risk’. Therefor, not all banking or merchant service companies will work with us.

We have looked high and low for a safe and secure form of merchant services – and we’ve found it! E-Check payment options are a very secure way to pay online for our products, without risk to your information.

Guest Processing time for E-Check is 5-7 business days, Processing time with an Account is 3-5 business days.

    You probably should clarify how long it takes to process and e-check and how it impacts your shipping time! We won’t be ordering from your company ever again, and definitely will not recommend you to anyone.

      We are sorry to hear that processing time was not made clear to you. Emails are sent out when new/guest users make a purchase with us as to processing times, however it is possible that these may end up in spam folders, unfortunately. We are adding more messaging to our checkout pages as per your suggestion, as the notifications we had up might not have been adequate to inform customers of lengthier processing times.

    If we made an order as a guest but we have an account is there a way to update the order so it will finish processing faster?
