Return Window
Contact us within 7 days of your order’s delivery to request a return. Your return must also be delivered to us within 21 days of the original delivery date, make sure not to dawdle!
Get Authorization First
Before sending anything back, request a return authorization by contacting us at info@grhkratom.com. Returns sent without approval will not be refunded.
After Receiving return authorization
It is your responsibility to purchase a shipping label via UPS or USPS, whichever you prefer. Then you must deliver your return package to an appropriate USPS office, UPS drop, or have it picked up from your home.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping cost is typically your responsibility, though in rare cases we may help cover part of this shipping cost.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received, we will inspect the product for damage and confirm it’s in resale condition for unopened products, or determine the refund value of an opened product. Once this is done a refund or replacement product (Your choice) will be issued. Note that a refund usually takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Unopened Products
We offer a full refund on unopened items returned within 21 days of the original delivery.
Opened Products
Opened products generally do not qualify for a refund, but in rare cases may qualify for a partial or full refund if they are given authorization and returned within 21 days of the original delivery.
No Refund is given until a product is returned to us and its’ condition verified for resale
