Return & Refund Policy

If it’s not what you expected, we’ve got your back.

7-Day Refund Window
If you don’t like the product or want a refund, contact us at info@grhkratom.com within 7 days of your order’s delivery. This 7-day window is the only window to request a refund, return, or exchange. Requests made more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Get Authorization First
Before sending anything back, request a return authorization by contacting us at info@grhkratom.com. Returns sent without approval will not be refunded.

Sending Your Return Back
Once your return is authorized, it is your responsibility to purchase a shipping label via UPS or USPS, whichever you prefer, and then deliver your return package to an appropriate USPS office or UPS drop, or have it picked up from your home. Authorized returns must be delivered back to us within 21 days of the original delivery date. This 21-day shipping deadline applies only to getting an already-approved package back to us and does not extend the 7-day window to request a refund.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping cost is typically your responsibility, though in rare cases we may help cover part of this shipping cost.

Unopened Products
Unopened items returned under an authorized 7-day request qualify for a full refund.

Opened Products
Opened products generally do not qualify for a refund, but in rare cases may qualify for a partial or full refund if they are given authorization under the same 7-day request window.

Refund Timing
Once your return is received, we will inspect the product for damage and confirm it’s in resale condition for unopened products, or determine the refund value of an opened product. Once this is done a refund or replacement product (your choice) will be issued. Note that a refund usually takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

No refund is given until a product is returned to us and its condition verified for resale.
