Wholesale FAQ
How do the tiers work?
By order size. Orders up to $5,000 are Tier 1, which is 50% off MSRP on every product. Cross $5,000 on an order and you get Tier 2 pricing on that order. Cross $10,000 and it's Tier 3. Tier 4 is invitation only. There is nothing to sign and nothing to renegotiate; the price follows the order.
Is there a minimum order?
A $500 opening order gets you started, and you can mix GRH, King K and GÜD Tonics to get there. After that, reorder whatever your shelf needs. If you're dropshipping, talk to Andy; the setup is different and there's no shelf to fill.
What does "we set you up" actually include?
A rep who builds your opening order around your customers, product images and descriptions for your website or menu, lab results for every batch you receive, a one-page staff guide, and reorders by text or email. If you're online, we also supply the product data your store needs to list the line.
Can I dropship instead of stocking?
Yes. Approved dropship partners are placed on Tier 3 pricing from day one, no volume minimum. You list the products, we ship to your customer from Austin, and you keep the difference between your Tier 3 price and MSRP. Use the calculator above in dropship mode to see monthly numbers, then tell Andy on the form.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders leave Austin within 24 to 48 hours. You get tracking and lab results by email the moment it ships.
Do you enforce MAP pricing?
Yes, everywhere, including grhkratom.com. MAP is what makes your 50% real instead of theoretical. Every account agrees to it, which is why nobody can undercut your shelf.
Which states can't you ship to?
We do not ship kratom to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Vermont or Wisconsin, or to cities and counties with local bans. Utah takes leaf powder and capsules only. Kentucky's statewide ban starts January 1, 2027. The full list is at the bottom of this page.
Is there an age requirement?
GRH policy is 21+ for every account holder and every retail customer, and we ask our retailers to hold the same line at the register. Some states set a lower legal minimum. Our policy doesn't change by state.
