Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
GRH Kratom ships to all 50 states. No international shipments.There are several illegal kratom states we cannot ship to, this includes: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin.

Carriers
We use USPS or UPS, chosen by the customer during checkout. Delivery times vary based on which carrier and service has been selected.

Order Processing Time
Once payment clears, your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days – unless it’s a pre-sale item or there’s a rare stock issue. If there’s a delay with production or shipping on our end, we will inform you via the email given by you for your order. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by either UPS or USPS.

Presale Orders
Ordering a product before it’s live? You’ll get a heads-up once your product is in stock and headed your way. Payment for pre-sale orders is made immediately (Or is payment delayed until the product ships? Need confirmation, remove this parenthesis when decided)

Lost or Damaged Orders
Something wrong with your order? Email us at info@grhkratom.com within 7 days of receiving your order to report any missing or damaged products.
