Revised 18 September 2026. This guide was rewritten from the ground up. The previous version recommended five strains for reasons we cannot substantiate, and three of the five were products we do not sell. It also carried staff quotes describing what our own people felt. All of that is gone. See How we revise this guide for the full note.
The old version of this page told you which white vein strains to buy and why they'd make your workday better. We took it down, and what's here now is the part we can stand behind.
Kratom is not approved in the United States for any use. The FDA states that kratom is not lawfully marketed as a drug product, a dietary supplement, or a food additive. So we can't tell you what a vein color does, how much to take, or what it'll do to your afternoon. Nobody selling it can.
What's left is the product. The vein. The farm. The format. The batch test. The price. That's a shorter page, and every line in it points at something real.
The short version
- Our White Vein collection is six items, which is three products in two formats each: White Maeng Da, Boost Blend and Focus Blend.
- White Maeng Da is a single strain. Boost Blend and Focus Blend are house blends.
- Boost Blend combines white vein and green vein leaf. It comes from a family-owned farm in Pontianak, Indonesia, which is the only farm we've ever sourced from.
- Focus Blend is listed under both our white vein and green vein collections. Its exact composition isn't published, and we'd rather say that than guess at it for you.
- Powder runs $15 for 45 g up to $100 for 1000 g. Capsules run $10 for 50ct up to $120 for 1000ct. Same ladder for all three.
- The Blend Sample Pack is $9 and is the cheapest way to try the house blends before buying a bag.
- We don't carry White Thai, White Sumatra or Super Yellow. The old version of this page recommended all three anyway.
- Every batch has a third-party test on our Lab Results page, with lot numbers and dates.
- 21+ only. Some states and counties are off our shipping list. Check the product page before you order.

The honest answer
There's no version of this page where we tell you which product will get you through a long day. We're not allowed to, and we don't know.
That sounds like less of an article, and in a sense it is. But look at what the old version was actually doing. It ranked five strains by how they'd make you feel, and three of those five weren't on our shelf at all. A page can be confident and wrong at the same time, and that one was.
Here's what separates one product from another, in an order you can actually check. Format decides how you take it, powder or capsule. Strain and vein decide what leaf you're getting. The batch test decides whether the label is telling the truth. Price decides whether you come back.
Those four things are knowable. Everything else on a kratom roundup is somebody's opinion wearing a lab coat.
What vein color actually means
Vein color refers to the color of the veins and stem on the kratom leaf at harvest, which reflects how mature the leaf was and how it was dried. White, green, red and gold are the four labels you'll see on our shelf.
That's the honest extent of it as a sorting fact. The old version of this page went further and compared white vein leaf to a teenager, green to a mature adult and red to an elderly person, which is a memorable image and a set of effect claims in a costume. We cut it.
If you want the sorting in more detail, we've written it up in Kratom Vein Colors Explained and mapped our own products in the Kratom Strain Chart.
What we actually stock
White Maeng Da
White Maeng Da Kratom Powder is our single white vein strain. "Maeng Da" comes from Thai and is a grading term rather than a place, so the label describes a selection standard, not an origin. Sizes are 45 g at $15, 100 g at $35, 500 g at $60 and 1000 g at $100.
The same leaf in capsule form is White Maeng Da Kratom Capsules, at $10 for 50ct, $40 for 200ct and $120 for 1000ct.
Boost Blend
Boost Blend Kratom Powder combines white vein and green vein leaf. Like everything we grow, it comes from one family-owned farm in Pontianak, Indonesia, which we've sourced from exclusively since we started. Same size and price ladder as the White Maeng Da powder, and Boost Blend Kratom Capsules match the capsule ladder.
Focus Blend
Focus Blend Kratom Powder is a house blend, and here's a thing we noticed while writing this: it's listed in both our white vein and our green vein collections, and the product page doesn't publish its composition. We're not going to invent one for you. It's on the list here because it's shelved as a white vein blend, and we've flagged the gap internally. Focus Blend Kratom Capsules follow the same capsule ladder.
Trying them without committing
The GRH Kratom Blend Sample Pack is $9 and covers our house blends in small quantities. If you're deciding between Boost and Focus, that's cheaper than guessing and cheaper than a 45 g bag you don't finish. The full range sits in Kratom Blends.

What we don't carry
The old version of this page recommended five things. We sell two of them.
Not on our shelf, and not on it when that page was published either: White Thai, White Sumatra and Super Yellow. All three were written up as picks, with descriptions of how they'd feel. We've never stocked any of them.
That's the kind of thing that happens when a page gets written to rank instead of to inform, and it's the reason we're going through the whole library. Our actual single-strain lineup is Green Maeng Da, White Maeng Da, Red Maeng Da and Super Green, each in powder and capsules, plus four house blends. If you came here for a strain we don't stock, we'd rather you knew now than found out at checkout.
How we test
Every batch goes to a third-party lab and the result gets posted on our Lab Results page, organized by product, with lot numbers and test dates on the documents. No email, no form, no asking.
Check it before you buy from anybody, us included. A vendor who won't show you a current batch test for the specific product in your hand is asking you to take their word for it. More on sourcing and testing is in Why GRH Kratom: Quality, Sourcing, and Lab Testing Explained.
Age and shipping
21+ only. Kratom law varies by state and by county, and it moves. We keep a current restricted list on every product page and our checkout verifies destinations against it.
We're not publishing a state-by-state count here. The tallies floating around contradict each other and go stale within weeks. Check the product page for the live list, and check your own state, because ours is a shipping policy and not a legal opinion.
How we revise this guide
This page has a date on it because it's meant to. Our guides get revised as new information arrives and as we learn things, and we'd rather show the seams than pretend a page written once stays true. When we get something wrong, we fix it here and say what we fixed.
Revision history
- 18 September 2026. Complete rewrite. Removed a five-strain recommendation built on criteria we can't substantiate, three of which named products we've never sold. Removed the vein-color-as-a-person comparison. Removed staff quotes describing personal experience, including one attributed to our founder by name. Removed a link to a collection whose name is itself a claim. Removed all serving and timing language. Rebuilt the product section around the six items actually in our White Vein collection, with prices and sizes taken from live store data. Added the strains we don't carry, a lab testing section and a shipping section.
One thing we took out and would like to put back: the old page described white vein as the earliest harvest, green next and red last. That's plausible and it's commonly said, but we couldn't point to a source for it, so it's out until we can confirm it with our farm. If we can, it goes back in with a date on it.
If you spot something here that's out of date or just wrong, tell us and we'll fix it and date the fix. That's a real invitation, not a formality.
Questions we get
What white vein kratom does GRH sell?
Six items. White Maeng Da, Boost Blend and Focus Blend, each in powder and capsules. That's the whole White Vein collection.
Do you sell White Thai or White Sumatra?
No, and we never have. An older version of this page recommended both. That was wrong and we've removed it.
What's in the Boost Blend?
White vein and green vein leaf from our farm in Pontianak, Indonesia. Batch details are on the Lab Results page.
What's in the Focus Blend?
The composition isn't published on the product page, and it's shelved under both our white vein and green vein collections. We've flagged that internally rather than fill the gap with a guess. The batch test is on the Lab Results page.
What's the difference between powder and capsules?
Same leaf. Powder costs less per gram and you measure it yourself. Capsules cost more per gram, arrive pre-measured and have no taste.
How much should I take?
We don't give serving guidance, and we removed the guidance older versions of our pages carried. Read the product label, and if you have questions about how kratom fits with anything else you take, ask a clinician.
Is kratom a dietary supplement?
No. The FDA's position is that kratom isn't lawfully marketed in the United States as a drug, a dietary supplement or a food additive.
What's the cheapest way to try a blend?
The Blend Sample Pack at $9.
Where can I see the lab results?
On the Lab Results page, sorted by product, with lot numbers and dates on each PDF.
Can you ship to my state?
Depends on the state and sometimes the county. Each product page carries the current restricted list and checkout checks the destination. 21+ everywhere.
The summary
We can't tell you what white vein kratom does, so this page tells you what we sell.
Six white vein items: White Maeng Da, Boost Blend and Focus Blend, each in powder and capsules, $10 to $120 depending on size and format. One $9 sample pack if you'd rather try before you commit. One farm in Pontianak, Indonesia, which is the only one we've ever used. Every batch tested by a third party, results public and dated.
We don't sell White Thai, White Sumatra or Super Yellow, whatever the old version of this page said. If you want to know exactly what's in a bag and what the lab found in it, that part we can do, and it's on the Lab Results page.
21+ only. Check your state before you order.
