About This Product
Super K Extra Strong is the top of MIT 45's liquid line. There is a regular Super K in a blue bottle at a lower concentration, and the two are frequently confused because the naming is nearly identical. The purple bottle is the strong one.
MIT 45 is unusually direct about who this is not for. Their own copy says: Most people do NOT want to use Super K Extra Strong. It is made only for the experienced kratom user. We agree with them. If this is your entry point into extracts, buy something else first.
Product Origin. MIT 45 is a Utah-based extract manufacturer and a listed American Kratom Association GMP Qualified Vendor. They use a water-based extraction and market a proprietary multi-step purification process. Current lot testing is performed by Cambium Analytica in Traverse City, Michigan, an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory (certificate 108157). Their panels cover the full alkaloid profile, heavy metals, microbials, pesticides, and residual solvents.
Note that MIT 45 has an active class action against it in the Southern District of California (B.D. et al. v. MIT45, Inc., 3:24-cv-00499) over disclosure of dependency risk on concentrated extracts. In July 2024 the court largely denied MIT 45's motion to dismiss. That case is ongoing and we mention it because you should know it exists before you buy any concentrated extract from anyone.
